Question 1: How do I sign up to be a participating E85 station?
Answer: Signing up for the program is easy. All you have to do is fill out an E85 Coupon Registration Form along with a W-9 form and fax it to 217.787.5916 or mail it to: E85 Coupon Program, 3000 Kelly Lane, Springfield, IL 62711. The Registration Form and W-9 form may be found below.
Question 2: How do I redeem the E85 Coupons?
Answer: Stations may submit E85 coupons for redemption at the end of the month or once $500 in E85 coupons (50 coupons) have been accepted. Self addressed and prepaid envelopes are provided for the E85 station's convenience. Stations are required to fill out an E85 Coupon Redemption Form and include all E85 coupons redeemed.
Question 3: How long does it take to get reimbursed for the E85 coupons?
Answer: A redemption check is usually processed and in the mail within 5-10 business days.
Question 4: My station is unattended. How can flex fuel vehicle owners redeem their coupons at my station?
Answer: In order to redeem an E85 coupon at an unattended station, each flex fuel vehicle owner must fill out the E85 Coupon Redemption Form for Unattended Stations and mail the form, fuel receipts, and coupons to: E85 Coupon Program, 3000 Kelly Lane, Springfield, IL 62711.
